We will be reading the story "Night Shift" this week. We will use this story to practice for our 4th nine weeks when we will begin reading the tests on our own and have no study guide. T
here will be no spelling test this week. We will be taking our Benchmark Assessment this week. We will also be writing a paragraph about how people in our community help us. Lots to do!!!
Our Adverb Test will be on Thursday!
We will have a math test on Tuesday. Remember to study for the 100 fact drill as well as the 25 subtraction fact drill.
Our Valentine Party will be on February 14th. We will have it with the other group as well. Look for the list of names in your child's binder.
February 5th is the halfway mark for the third nine weeks. Your child should be at the halfway point to meet his/her AR goal. Please encourage them to continue to read, read, read!!!
Feb. 17th is President's Day!! It's always great to have a 3 day weekend!! :)
